How the Coaching Works
This is not traditional coaching with a prescribed program or a fixed agenda.
Every engagement is built around you and your business.
The approach is adapted to what you actually need, drawing from evidence based coaching and psychological frameworks that address both the business and the person running it.
Sessions are 75 minutes and held virtually or in person for clients in the San Gabriel Valley.
Each session includes a comprehensive brief and ongoing support between sessions, via text, voice notes, or email.
For businesses that need it, coaching can extend to your leadership team with a combination of individual and group sessions tailored to where your team is.
