From there we determine together what the right engagement looks like. Some clients need a focused single session. Others need a structured project or an ongoing partner. Every engagement is tailored to your specific situation. There is no standard package you are dropped into.

That depends entirely on what you are working through. Some clients get what they need in a single 90 minute session. Others work with us over several months through a structured project or retainer engagement. We do not prescribe a set number of sessions upfront to everyone. After your consultation we recommend what makes sense based on your situation and goals so you only invest in what you actually need.

Pricing is scoped based on your business size, situation, and the level of support needed.

As a general guide, a single Clarity Session starts at $500. Short engagements and focused projects start at $1,500. Monthly retainers start at $600 and scale based on scope and level of involvement.

We discuss pricing openly during your consultation so there are no surprises. If you are not sure what you need yet that is exactly what the first conversation is for.

We focus on operations, people systems, compliance, executive coaching, and strategic advisory. Payroll processing, benefits administration, CFO and financial advisory services, tax planning, and legal counsel are outside our scope.

Both. We work with solopreneurs who are building their operational foundation for the first time, small business owners with growing teams, and nonprofit organizations. If you are a service based business or nonprofit typically with up to 50 employees we are likely a good fit.

Most consultants hand you a report and move on. Most coaches follow a fixed program. We do neither.

What makes this work different is the combination of more than twenty years of real operational experience, a background in psychology and behavioral frameworks, and the ability to read a business and the person running it quickly and accurately.
